Immediate start

The Planning and Dispatch team ensure that the workload of our field engineers is planned efficiently, appointments are met and customer queries are resolved. The role is based in Newbridge Lane, Stockport.

This is a ten-month fixed term contract with an end date of November 2018.

The Role

As a Planning & Dispatch Advisor, you will play a key part in the delivery of Service Excellence to our customers, your role will be to work with local area teams, both field and office based and ensure the dispatch applications are utilised consistently and efficiently.

You will help to identify opportunities for planning, optimisation, forecasting and dispatching processes whilst maintaining and operating the systems to enable effective delivery of great customer service.

The Person

You’ll be able to demonstrate what delivers great customer service, this could be in an office based telephony role or in another customer facing role e.g. a retail environment.

Although you will be working as part of a larger team, you will be able to work on your own in a fast-paced environment – capable of prioritising tasks, solving problems logically and remaining calm under pressure.
