The role is based in our Moving Home Centre of Excellence - one of the most state of the art contact centres in the North West - you will use your fantastic communication skills to seamlessly move our customers into their new home. You’ll discuss how they could benefit from transferring their products and services to their new home, making sure you keep things simple and get it right first time every time. It’s a job with real purpose and satisfaction, where you compassion for customers and your passion for providing great service will be all important. You’ll also be joining a team with a high performance ethos and one that can boast of being Finalists in the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2015.
Located in Talbot Road, Manchester - the office is in the heart of Old Trafford with great access to public transport and local amenities. Working 37 hours a week between the hours of 08.00 – 20.00 Monday to Friday and 08.00 – 18.00 on a Saturday.
